Background |
The partners at daVinci Consulting have spent their entire careers in healthcare and bring a rich background in clinical nursing, organizational development, operations, process redesign, and instructional design. Their collective knowledge in these areas creates a unique blend of art and science the sciences of medicine, nursing, allied health professions and management combined with the art of relationships, organizational culture, and leadership.
As a result of working with highly successful healthcare organizations (including 2 Malcolm Baldrige Recipients, a National Quality Award winner, and 2 Press Ganey Summit Award winners), daVinci Consulting understands the nuances of the new leadership that is emerging in healthcare. They are able to match their understanding of the practices of these successful organizations with the unique needs of their clients.

About The Partners |
Vince Pelote, MBA
Vince Pelote is currently a partner in daVinci Consulting, In addition he previously co founded Leadership Development and Research (LDR), and Value Added Performance. His background includes coaching healthcare executives, physicians, and nurse leaders on creating engaged, energized, and motivated work environments. Vince has extensive experience building competency models for the selection, development, feedback, and coaching of healthcare leaders.
During the past 20 years Vince has completed more than 2,000 Behavioral Event Interviews for the purpose of conducting action-research and building competency leadership models. Vince is an invited research member of the Society for Organizational Learning (SOL), was the lead researcher for a major leadership-training grant that was funded by the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) and Hay/McBer, and was a member of the steering committee for a leadership benchmarking initiative for the University Health System Consortium.
Most recently, Vince has been involved with his partner in translating into practice the behaviors and practices of successful leaders from their best-selling book Masterpieces in Healthcare Leadership: Cases & Analysis for Best Practice.

Lynne Route, RN BSN MEd
Lynne Route is a founding partner with daVinci Consulting. Her background includes working with clinical and nursing staff and ancillary frontline workers to develop and implement individualized and team based learning plans. As a frequent coach of new college graduates and individuals in transition, Lynne uses her expertise in translating theories, methods, and practical applications in a way that makes sense for others.
During her 20 years experience in various clinical settings, Lynne has both led and facilitated projects around health care service, safety, leadership development, strategic planning, and team facilitation. Her Master's Degree in Instructional Design compliments her nursing, background by bringing her own blend of art & science into the healthcare arena.
Most recently, Lynne has been involved with her partner in translating into practice the behaviors and practices of successful leaders from their best-selling book Masterpieces in Healthcare Leadership: Cases & Analysis for Best Practice.
